Thursday August 1st

·         3:00 pm:Registration begins(location within hotel will be provided)

·         6:00 pm:Get acquainted/family game night! THEME:Reunion throwback. Wear your oldest family reunion t-shirt, or your most favorite reunion tee. Prizes will be awarded. Refreshments will be served, cash bar available.

Friday August 2nd

·    6:30am-9:30am Complimentary full breakfast downstairs in the dining room

·    1:30 pm: Family day at The Museum of Flight. We will have a tour guide so please arrive early! FREE ENTRY WITH ANY FORM OF MILITARY I.D. FOR  UP TO 5 FAMILY MEMBERS PER I.D. The museum will combine the I.D.'s to get as many complimentary entries as possible. We also have received a group discount for those without military affiliation. The discounted price is $20 for Adults, $18 for Seniors, and $13 for children 5& up. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. This will need to be paid in 1 transaction. Once the museum sends payment instructions, you will be notified. There are also plenty of other free admission options available. ·         OPTIONAL EVENT-Baseball at T-Mobile Park. Philadelphia Phillies vs. Seattle Mariners game starts at 6:40pm

Saturday August, 3rd

· 7am-10:30am Complimentary full breakfast downstairs in the dining room

· Free day to explore Seattle, and beyond. (Tours, excursions, museums, casinos, and waterpark info/prices will be added soon)

·      5:00 pm Family banquet night at the hotel ballroom. 

·         OPTIONAL EVENT-Baseball at T-Mobile Park. Philadelphia Phillies vs. Seattle Mariners game starts at 6:40pm. See baseball info below.

Sunday August 4th

·   7:00am-10:30am Complimentary full breakfast downstairs in the dining room

OPTIONAL: Spend the day with family at the Umoja Festival & Parade. Judkins Park, Seattle. Visit  https://umojafestnw.com/ for complete details. Another perfect time to wear your reunion t-shirt!

·         OPTIONAL EVENT-Baseball at T-Mobile Park. Philadelphia Phillies vs. Seattle Mariners game starts at 1:10pm

SEAFAIR WEEKEND INFO:·Genesee Park And Lake Washington

Unfortunately/fortunately Seafairers weekend falls on the weekend of our reunion, so some excursions will be limited.(i.e. dinner cruises, etc.)

Seafair Weekend is Seattle’s premier boating event, air show, and festival all rolled into one. It features live music, delicious food and beverage options, and various family-friendly activities. Whether you're a local or a first-time visitor, Seafair Weekend promises to deliver an incredible experience that captures the essence of the Pacific Northwest's vibrant culture and natural beauty.           

BASEBALL INFO:

The Seattle Mariners will play 3 home games against the Philadelphia Phillies during our reunion weekend. It is YOUR responsibility to confirm the game dates, times, and pricing (sometimes dates/times do change!)  Visit mlb.com for schedules and ticket sales. Prices start at $25 and up. Book early as the bargain seats sell out quickly. Ultimately, transportation to and from the ball park is your responsibility. I will try to arrange a ride if possible.

WASHINGTON STATE FERRY INFO:

Our ferry system is an excellent way to navigate around the waters of Washington state. It is also a convenient way of reducing travel times(and gas). Please map out your routes ahead of time before heading out. Most ferry routes have extended waiting times during the summer. Check out all routes here Washington State Ferries.
